Including Last and First Name, Social Security #, DOB, Sex, Marital Satus, Occupation, Nationality, Coverage, ID, Address, Phone Numbers, Fax, Email, Referring and Attending Physicians, and an optional picture, Diagnoses from ICD-9 and/or ICD-10 tables (built-in). These data are stored in an encrypted file, which can only be accessed from within FileMed, provided the user has the right permissions.
